During a visit to Nainital, with her family, she met Baba ‘Neeb Karori Maharaj Ji’ a prominent Saint worshipper of Lord Hanuman, when he was in town at that time. Despite being a young bride, she sat quietly at the back of the gathering to hear Maharajji’s speech. However, Baba Neem Karoli aka Maharaj-Ji called her out from the crowd, praising her silent sadhana and described how she lived in the world like a lotus flower and a pure soul, untouched by its mud. Letter on her home, Gita Bhavan, soon became a sanctuary for spiritual seekers and pilgrims at that time.

This symbolic act of Baba ji represented Maharaj Ji passing on the sacred responsibility to her. Shortly after, on September 11, 1973, the comes and our beloved Maharaj Ji left his physical form in Vrindavan Neem Karoli Ashram.
After Maharaj Ji’s Mahasamadhi, Siddhi Maa provided solace and love to all those who were saddened and lost because of Maharaj ji’s demised. She was granted empowerment by Neem Karoli Baba to serve at the highest level. Those who met her found their worries and burdens lifted effortlessly because of the grace of Maharaj-ji on her, immediately ascending into a state of spiritual bliss.
She looked after the completion and consecration of many temples initiated by Maharaj Ji in west India. Maa warmly met with the devotees who seeks devotion in Baba ji, she used to offer them love and guidance, yet whenever someone sought her blessings, she directed them to pray to Maharaj Ji rather than herself.
It was evident to all that for Maa, Maharaj Ji held the utmost importance. Often delaying meals and paying little heed to her own comfort, she tirelessly welcomed and met with all visitors. Through her, everyone began to perceive Maharaj Ji. A single glance or word from her could ignite a wave of devotion among the devotees. She regarded the ashrams as Guru Maharaj Ji’s physical manifestation and ensured they were immaculately clean.
After Jivanti Maa’s passing in 2005, Maa withdrew more into seclusion and reduced her travels to other places. On the morning of December 28, 2017, Maa took MahaSamadhi at Kainchidham and Samadhi was built in the Ashram letter on, leaving behind a legacy of devotion and service she did to Maharaj-ji and Shri Hanuman Ji Maharaj.
In Baba Neeb Karori Maharaj Ji’s words, She was Devi Katyayani, She was Ma Annapurna, She was shakti, for whom Hanuman (referring to himself) had to come.
