Neem karoli baba ashram rishikesh

History of Rishikesh Ashram

Neem Karoli Baba Ashram Rishikesh, located just south of Rishikesh on the west side of the road, is home to one of the two Hanuman murtis. This Hanuman rises forty feet above passing motorists, allowing everyone who enters Rishikesh from Haridwar to see Sri Hanuman-ji.

Arati practise in the mornings and evenings. Beautiful Gardens. Westerners are not authorised to remain at this little ashram with big temples, located about 7 kilometres south of Rishikesh.

This ashram now houses a stunning new library of spiritual knowledge. Vidhu Bhushan Pant-ji is the head librarian.
