No Refund Policy

Digital downloads (ebooks)

Ebooks are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once the download link has been issued. We therefore do not offer refunds on ebooks, except where the file is defective or inaccessible and we are unable to fix it, or where you were charged more than once for the same order.

Personalised reports

Reports are prepared individually for the details you provide. Once preparation has begun or the report has been delivered, the order is non-refundable. If you were charged but never received delivery, contact us and we will either deliver or refund.

Consultations and services

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the service has been delivered. If we cancel or cannot deliver a booked service, you will receive a full refund or a reschedule.

Duplicate or failed payments

If money was debited but the order was not confirmed, it is normally reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay. Contact us with your payment ID if it is not.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable Indian consumer protection law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules.
