Our Beloved Most famous Sanyaasi RadhaVallabhi Saint of india in these days, Aniruddh Kumar Pandey (Premanand ji Maharaj), Maharaj-ji was born into a poor and devoted to God Brahmin family that was highly pious and modest. Premanand Maharaj ji’s birth place is Sarsol Block, Akhri Village, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

His grandfather was also a Sanyaasi (Saint), and the family lived in an extremely pure devoted to God atmosphere. Maharaj-ji’s father Shri Shambu Pandey also accepted Sanyaas in later years. His respected mother, Shri Rama Devi Dubey, was also deeply religious and held all saints in the highest regard.

Both of his parents participated in Sant Seva and other devotional practices on a regular basis in temples and in other religious sites. Babaji also have an older brother and he reads passages from the Shrimad Bhagvatam, which the whole family would listen to and treasure, enhancing the family’s spiritual aura. The sacred domestic setting heightened the dormant spiritual flame within him.

Because of his family’s strong religious teachings, and the divine influence of his family on him because of it Babaji started performing prayers and puja path at a very early and young age. He began reading Gita Press Publication, Shri SukhSagar and Bhagwat Geeta, when he was in just fifth grade in his childhood.

Even at the young age, Maharaj-ji started to wonder what life was all about and other unknown things. He was struck by the question of whether parental love endures forever and, if not, why pursue fleeting happiness? He always used to argue and question the value of going to school, learning materialistic and other Subjects and how any of it would help him achieve his objectives because Baba-ji was seeking the spirituality. He started reciting SHRI RAM JAI RAM JAI RAM RAM RAM in search of answers. Shari Krishna Govind Hari and JAI JAI Shri Ram.

Finally at early age Premanand ji Maharaj decided to live a spiritual life and explore the route that led to God by the time he was in the ninth grade. He was ready to apart from his family for this worthy cause. Maharaj Ji, then letter on thirteen years old Baba-ji, left his house at three in the morning without letting anyone know about it, in order to discover the truth about human life for which he was curious to know from early age.

Early Life Of Premanand ji Maharaj’s As a Brahmachari and saint

At young age after leaving his house, He accepted initiation as Naisthik Brahmcharya. His new name as a saint was Shri Anand Swaroop Brahmchari, and letter on he eventually accepted Sanyaas for the rest of his life. After adopting Mahakavya, he got his another new name which is Swami Anandashram.

As Maharaj Ji told about his early life, He was a devotee of Lord Shiva and followed Shiva’s teachings. He never accepted the hierarchical life of an Ashram or home, lived like a monk of as Lord Shiva, thus he lived most of his life alone and with other divine saints as a spiritual seeker on the banks of the Ganges in Haridwar and Shri Kashi. Baba Ji used to call Goddess Ganges as his second mother.

As a saint Babaji never cared about weather, food, or clothes as he lived about the Goddess Ganges Ghats (Assi-Ghat and Haridwar and Varanasi). He never missed going to the Ganges for three times daily baths, not even during the worst winters or in any kind of sufferings. He used to go days without eating and his body would tremble from the cold, yet he lived in the “The Ultimate” meditation. A few years after Sanyaas, Lord Shiva appropriately blessed him.

Premanand Maharaj’s Journey to Shri Dham Vrindavan

Without a doubt, Maharaj Ji was blessed by Lord Shiva, the height of wisdom and compassion. Still, he never stopped aiming for something more. Later, he influenced by a saint’s inspiration to go to a Raas Lila that Swami Shri SriRam Sharma was hosting. For a month, he was present at the Raas Lila for a complete month.

Later, without realizing that Vrindavan would permanently steal his heart, Maharaj Ji decided to took a train to Mathura on the recommendation of Swami Ji and with the assistance of a student of Shri Narayan Das Bhaktmali. He arrived in Mathura with other saints.

When Maharaj Ji arrived in Vrindavan, he knew no one and totally were unawarded about the beautiful culture of Shri Dham Vrindavan. The first two rituals that Maharajji followed every day were Vrindavan Parikrama of Shridham and darshan of Shri Banke Bihari on the daily basis. While living in the holy city of Shri Krishna he met many saints and one day a great saint advised him in the Banke Bihariji temple that he should visit Shri Radha Valllabh Mandir as well for darshan.

As Goswami Parikar had already prophesied, Maharaj Ji proved him right when he contacted Pujya Shri Hit MohitMaral Goswami Ji with enthusiasm and promptness for diksha. The Sharnagat Mantra was used to initiate Maharaj Ji into the RadhaVallabh Sampradaya. A few days later, at Pujya Shri Goswami Ji’s request, Maharaj Ji visited his current Sadguru Dev, Pujya Shri Hit Gaurangi Sharan Ji Maharaj, one of the most well-known and venerable saints in Sahchari Bhav, who inducted him into NityaVihar Ras and Sahchari Bhav.

For more than ten years, Premanand ji Maharaj served his Guru Sadguru Dev, serving him with great assiduity and humility in all that he did in his life time. Through the divine blessings of his Sadguru dev and Shri Vrindavan Dham, he soon lost himself entirely in Sahchari Bhav and developed unwavering devotion in Shri Radha’s lotus feet, he became the part of divine energy of Shri Radha Rani.

Following the footsteps of his Sadguru dev, Maharaj Ji lived in Vrindavan near Madhukari. He feels that consuming the grains of a Brajwasi is the only way to experience “The Divine Love” and has the strictest reverence for them.

In every facet of Maharajji’s existence, the boundless Grace of his Sadguru Dev Bhagwan and Shri Vrindavan Dham is apparent.
